This very spacious luxury apartment with private garden and private pool is located at 500 meters from the closest beach, in a quiet residential area within walking distance from the center and the new tourist port of Marina di Ragusa.
The modern house is newly built on two levels and offers every kind of comfort: new design furniture, cutting-edge appliances and grounds with a table and a relaxing area with sofa and chairs overlooking the pool and the sea. On the ground floor the large living area is equipped with kitchen and a comfortable sofa, a bathroom with shower. Downstairs there are two double bedrooms and a double / twin room with combinable beds in twin/double options and a bathroom with shower, a veranda with the access of the private pool.
Located just few steps from the fine sandy beach and crystal clear water, the area is well served by restaurants, bars, pharmacies and supermarkets. A few meters from the holiday house there is a bike path that runs along the waterfront and from which it is possible to reach other beaches nearby and many seaside villages of the coast.
