This spacious luxury apartment is located 500 meters from the sea, in a quiet residential area within walking distance from the center and the new tourist port of Marina di Ragusa.
The modern house is newly built on two levels, offers every kind of comfort: new design furniture and cutting-edge appliances. On the same floor of the living area the apartment offers a double bedroom (with a large wardrobe and a comfortable luggage rack) and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs is a large room with combinable beds in twin / double options, a private bathroom with shower, a storage room and a small terrace overlooking the sea.
Located just few steps from the fine sandy beach and crystal clear water, the area is well served by restaurants, bars, pharmacies and supermarkets. A few meters from the holiday house there is a bike path that runs along the waterfront and from which you can reach the beaches nearby and other seaside villages of the coast.
