This very spacious luxury apartment with private green is located 500 meters from the closest beach, in a quiet residential area within walking distance from the center and the new tourist port of Marina di Ragusa.
The modern house is newly built on two levels and offers every kind of comfort: new design furniture, latest-generation appliances and grounds with a further extension table and a relaxing area with armchairs. On the ground floor the large living area is equipped with a kitchen, a comfortable sofa and a bathroom with shower. Downstairs there are a double bedroom and two versatile rooms with beds combined in double / twin options and two bathrooms with shower, a veranda with comfortable armchairs.
Children and extra beds
Highchairs and cribs are available for Childred younger than 5 years old. An additional single (Puff-bed) is available in the twin bed.
