This luxurious villa in Marina di Ragusa with garden and private pool, enjoy a view of the sea, near the River Irminio reserve that leads to a long golden sandy beach and the sea with crystal clear water.
Modern house, newly built on two levels, has four bedrooms and is a great option to spend a few days of total relaxation by the sea and offers every kind of comfort: new designer furnishings, the latest electrical appliances, private entrance and parking space. On the ground floor the large living area is equipped with kitchen and living area with sofa, that extends over the outdoor spaces with an outdoor kitchen with BBQ. On the outside there is a bathroom with toilet and shower. On the same floor there are a double bedroom and a single bedroom. Upstairs there are two twin bedrooms and another bathroom with shower. The wide open spaces, which include a private garden, are equipped with a relaxation area near the pool with sun loungers, sofa and chairs.
The lively Marina di Ragusa with its attractions and services is only 1.2 km from the villa.
