Guests have exclusive use of the apartment inside the Villa with large garden, access to the heated pool and private parking within the property.

The apartment in the villa is on one level: it consists of a modern living area with a comfortable relaxation area, a large dining area with a fully equipped professional kitchen and 3 independent double bedrooms for a total of 6 beds.

The first room is a large suite with smart working area, bathroom in the room, the second double bedroom has a private bathroom in front of the room and the third is the depandance with independent access from the outside and bathroom in the room.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and TV/ Netflix and have direct access to the beautiful outdoor garden with a large area equipped with dining/ dinner table, umbrellas and relaxation area to have a drink, a relaxing coffee or just to enjoy the view comfortably lying in the pool.

The outdoor area is completed by an infinity pool heated all year round with South American wood flooring, solarium with sun loungers, parasols, tables and 2 outdoor showers with hot water.
