This spacious luxury apartment is located 500 meters from the sea, in a quiet residential area within walking distance from the center and the new tourist port of Marina di Ragusa.
A newly built house on two levels that offers every kind of comfort: new modern design furniture, cutting-edge appliances and grounds with a armchairs. On the same floor of the living area, the apartment offers a double bedroom (with a large wardrobe and a comfortable luggage rack) and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there is a large room with combinable beds in twin/double options and an additional extra bed (puff bed), a private bathroom with shower, a storage room and a small terrace.
Located just steps from the fine sandy beach and crystal clear water, the area is well served by restaurants, bars, pharmacies and supermarkets. A few meters from the holiday house there is a bike path that runs along the waterfront and from which you can reach the beaches nearby and other seaside villages of the province of Ragusa.
