Esse mostrano un terzo di un quinto della met\u00e0 di quello che realmente andrete a trovare prenotando una villa Edilia. Ho soggiornato una settimana da sola, mi sono regalata un lusso che sognavo da tempo: mai scelta fu pi\u00f9 azzeccata. Le case sono nuove, ben costruite ed ottimamente tenute. Come dice la descrizione sul sito internet ci sono davvero quattro camere da letto molto spaziose e tre bagni molto ampi, oltre ad una zona giorno funzionale, un giardino attrezzato ed una piscina ad utilizzo esclusivo, ma c\u2019\u00e8 anche molto, molto di pi\u00f9. Innanzitutto c\u2019\u00e8 la gestione: chi vi accoglie \u00e8 un ragazzo sorridente, a modo, educatissimo e di pazienza infinita (arrivavo dall\u2019altra parte dell\u2019isola e non ho minimamente azzeccato i tempi di percorrenza, presentandomi poco prima di cena anzich\u00e9 nel pomeriggio). Onestissimi e trasparenti nella gestione del prezzo, non c\u2019\u00e8 nessuna \u201cbrutta sorpresa\u201d, nessunissimo aggravio di costo e nessuna clausola-capestro scritta in piccolo: quello che dicono lo fanno, compreso restituire l\u2019intera caparra perch\u00e9 il datore di lavoro mi ha spostato le ferie. Ma alla fine sono riuscita ad arrivare all\u2019agognata villetta, ed ho trovato un mare di cose in pi\u00f9 di quelle che il d\u00e9pliant prometteva. La piscina \u00e8 sufficientemente grande per fare una piccola nuotata; tolti i gradini per scendere, ha sempre la stessa profondit\u00e0 e si tocca dappertutto. Tra l\u2019altro \u00e8 tutta vostra, la nuotata in notturna nell\u2019acqua tiepida non ve la leva nessuno! La casa viene fornita pulitissima e con tutta la biancheria necessaria; c\u2019\u00e8 l\u2019aria condizionata in ogni stanza, perfettamente funzionante. C\u2019\u00e8 il Wi-Fi, bello veloce. C\u2019\u00e8 parcheggio in abbondanza. C\u2019\u00e8 la piscina, c\u2019\u00e8 un ombrellone bello grande e molto solido. Ci sono i lettini di ottima qualit\u00e0, non le brandine economiche: ci sono quattro bei lettini alti, grandi, robusti. Anche se siete alti (o sovrappeso) sono confortevoli, perch\u00e9 essendo lunghi riuscite ad appoggiare tutti i piedi con le gambe stese. Ci sono i teli per la piscina. Ci sono i gonfiabili da piscina. Ci sono le prese di corrente esterne, cos\u00ec potete caricare il telefonino anche stando in giardino. Ci sono gli ulivi e gli alberi di limoni. C\u2019\u00e8 il barbecue completo di tutto: c\u2019\u00e8 la carbonella, ci sono gli attrezzi, c\u2019\u00e8 perfino la Diavolina per accenderlo. C\u2019\u00e8 un tavolo grande dove far sedere gli amici, se vi vengono a trovare. La cucina \u00e8 una Scavolini: c\u2019\u00e8 il forno elettrico e quello a microonde. C\u2019\u00e8 un servizio di piatti completo, ci sono tantissimi bicchieri. Ci sono tutte le posate che vi possano venire in mente, ci sono le forbici, c\u2019\u00e8 la grattugia; ci sono i coltelli per il pane e quelli per la carne, ci sono le pinze e le spatole; c\u2019\u00e8 il bollitore e ci sono tanti tegami. C\u2019\u00e8 il tostapane. Ci sono sale, zucchero e caff\u00e8, oltre ad olio ed aceto. Quando arrivate dal viaggio c\u2019\u00e8 anche una bottiglia di acqua in fresco. C\u2019\u00e8 il freezer vero, non la ghiacciaietta; e dentro al freezer ci sono gli stampini per fare il ghiaccio. Ci sono lavatrice e lavastoviglie, e ci sono le Pods per usare entrambi gli elettrodomestici. C\u2019\u00e8 la bacinella per lavare a mano, ci sono le mollette, c\u2019\u00e8 lo stendino e c\u2019\u00e8 anche il ferro da stiro. C\u2019\u00e8 l\u2019asciugacapelli con il diffusore, i vostri ricci non avranno scuse per non essere in ordine!!! E poi c\u2019\u00e8 la vista sul mare, la spiaggia attrezzata a pochi minuti di macchina, il paese di Marina con tutti i suoi servizi e la piccola, romantica, deliziosa Donnalucata a poca distanza dalla parte opposta. Ah, ci sono anche gli autovelox: ce ne sono due proprio fuori dal complesso e gli altri sparsi per il paese. Fate attenzione. Der var ogs\u00e5 en gril til r\u00e5dighed. WFI d\u00e6kker hele huset, og er hurtigt nok til vi alle 4 kunne se film p\u00e5 samme tid. God service fra udlejer. Svarede p\u00e5 SMS med det samme. Vi aftalt pr SMS, at vi kunne komme ind i huset et par timer tidligere end aftalt, da vi kom tidligere end planlagt. Man skal nok v\u00e6re i bil, for der er 3 km til et stort supermarked (tager kun 5 min i bil). Che le foto rispecchiano perfettamente la realt\u00e0! Abbiamo affittato per una settimana a luglio l'appartamento Salina,capiente fino a 7 persone, composto da 3 camere da letto, due bagni, una comodissima cucina-soggiorno (cucina Scavolini) ed un gradevolissimo giardinetto con doccia esterna e barbecue . Perfettamente climatizzato, l'ppartamento \u00e8 molto luminoso, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutti i comfort possibili. Dulcis in fundo un box privato per la macchina. A due passi dal porticciolo di Marina di Ragusa e a soli 10 minuti a piedi (anche meno) dalla spiaggia meravigliosa di sabbia fine e mare pulito! Some of our family were staying on a yacht at the Marina which we could see from the big wrap around balcony. A ten minute stroll to the main square of M.D.R. One evening we had a barbecue for all 11 of us and it was the perfect space for this family celebration. We had use of the beautiful pool during our visit. Our host Marco was helpful. Flexible and very warm towards us. The place was clean, comfortable and totally met our expectations. The location is good but keep in mind that it takes 30-40 minutes on foot to reach local beach\/restaurants\/town center. Villas are located close to main road so traffic can be a little annoying during the day and night, however these are minor inconveniences that will not affect the rating, 5\/5 would definitely
